Prayer at Rolleston
Prayer is the foundation of our spiritual relationship with Christ. The Bible instructs us to “Pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer is the means by which we communicate with God. At Hope, we place great importance on the power of prayer and the role that it should play in our lives. At the start of each year, we devote three weeks to prayer, providing opportunities for corporate prayer, guided prayer and practical instruction on the topic. Throughout the week and the year, we hold various prayer sessions and events, often devoted to specific topics such as healing.
We also have a team of prayer warriors who have dedicated themselves to the practice of prayer for the church, for our communities and for you! If you would like to submit a prayer request, click the button below. Be assured that all requests are held in the strictest confidence and not shared outside of the team.

Growth Groups at Rolleston
We’re all on a journey and journeys are much better when we do it together. Growth Groups (also known as a Home Group or Life Group) are places where we want to foster a sense of belonging and friendship. We see our Growth Groups as wellsprings of life and a way in which we can sharpen each other, walk beside each other and pray for each other.
We want to see Growth Groups as places where people can be authentic, take risks and grow in their faith. We’d love you to come join us on this journey with us. If you’d like to know more about our growth groups you can pick up a Growth Groups Guide from the office or the kiosk in the foyer or download a copy below.
At Hope, we are not only a church that desires people to be connected to Christ for the first time, but we are very much in the business of seeing people grow, develop and deepen their relationship with Christ and the community around them.
